Why use NANFC?

What services are offered?

We provide the ability to send your accounts through our system straight to law firms for immediate legal process. This service is reserved for larger balances. An account must be large enough in size to warrant the filing fees of the suit within your respective jurisdiction. Typically it is recommended that the original balance be around $800.00 in size to warrant legal process.


What law firms do you use?

We utilize proprietary relationships with collection law firms and agencies. All partners have surpassed rigorous screening and maintain active memberships with national trade organizations. These firms compete for recurring business to be forwarded from our system. They must produce in order to continue receiving placements from NANFC. Our platform constantly monitors performance. At times, our partner firms will communicate with you through your back office and email requests for additional information.

Our platform keeps fees low through strong negotiations with our partner firms and bundling placements with other businesses to create large volumes of business. Certain firms collect better on specific types of debts. Geography also impacts recoveries. Your business may have 50 accounts, but 10 of them may have moved outside of your home state. Now a firm is needed in each local area where a consumer or business has relocated.

We manage these processes to ensure that you have the highest probability of recovering your funds all with one easy to use platform.

Is NANFC a collection agency?

No. We provide a web based software process to move your account information to and from partner firms. We do not employ collectors, send letters, place phone calls, or conduct any other activities directly with consumers or businesses. We act as a medium to transmit information to the firms that conduct the actual litigation.


What is the main process of communication?

Your secure back office with the logins we provide to you is the main process of ‘pulling’ information and updates. This is made available with 24/7 access. A support telephone number is also available for additional questions when necessary. The primary way we ‘push’ information and requests to you is via email. When we or our partners need additional information, we send the appropriate notifications.


What reporting is offered?

There is extensive reporting available in your secure back office that covers areas from accounting to pending requests to current accounts and case status. The tour link below can illustrate some examples.

Are there any contracts?

No. We do not feel the need to tie users down. If, for any reason you are unhappy you are free to cancel your account at anytime. The only circumstance where there may be a conflict is during certain legal processes.


How do I get started?

Getting started is as easy as visiting our Get Started page and creating your account which will generate your back office logins. Once you are able to login to your back office, you can begin submitting accounts and begin the recovery process.


Why do I need a nationwide span?

Our partner relationships are only with nationwide providers. When recovering accounts, it is critical to have representation that has the authority to collect coast to coast. Using smaller local companies greatly inhibits results. Our firms specialize in litigation. They have a vested interest in recovering your balances.


How are fees structured and funds transferred?

Funds are transferred via electronic funds transfer (EFT) debits and credits. This eliminates paper float times and lost checks as well as provides a quicker delivery time for funds. More information on fees can be located here.


Is a batch import process available?

Yes. You have the ability within your back office to upload a batch of accounts from a spreadsheet. We can take several different file formats including excel and .csv spreadsheet files.


How are images transmitted?

Providing supporting documentation on accounts is critical in the recovery process. Within your back office you can upload numerous image file types which are used to support processes.
